Scope and sources
This policy covers the public corporate website and its forms. We receive information you provide, professional material linked for our review and technical information needed to handle server requests. Separate platforms may have their own privacy information.
Enquiries and projects
The contact form collects name, email, country, reason and message. Depending on the enquiry, you may add organisation, phone, city, role, website, service, stage, indicative budget, currency, timing, project reference or media outlet. We use this information to understand the need, review the enquiry and manage the conversation.
Professional applications
The careers form collects identity and contact information, country, field, collaboration type, experience, languages, skills and motivation. You may add city, phone, availability, work arrangement and links to a CV, LinkedIn or portfolio. We use these to assess your profile and contact you if there is a suitable need. We do not request identity documents, family information or health information.
Investor enquiries
We collect identity, email, country, investor profile, interests and message. You may add organisation, role, phone, website, experience, indicative amount, currency and investment horizon. We use these to assess alignment and manage a potential private portfolio conversation. The form does not request bank details or execute investments.
Legal bases and required fields
Form processing relies on the consent given through the submission checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle that request; others are optional. If the conversation develops into a contract you request, precontractual steps and that contract may provide a separate basis, with appropriate information.
Security and technical records
Hosting may process IP address, time, requested path, browser information and error logs to serve and protect the site. Forms use identifiers derived from IP and email to limit abusive submissions. Their purpose is security, not advertising tracking. This processing relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure; legal retention or disclosure duties may also apply.
Recipients and providers
Requests are stored in a private inbox restricted to authorised administration. Vercel provides website hosting and execution; Supabase provides database and storage infrastructure. These providers and their subprocessors may process data to deliver those services, and authorities may receive data where legally required. We do not sell form data or automatically add it to marketing campaigns.
International processing
Digitalfy LLC is established in the United States. Providers and their teams may process data in other countries. Their processing terms include transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact legal@everyond.com for information about destinations and safeguards relevant to your case.
Retention criteria
Retention follows the purpose: while an enquiry, application or investment conversation remains active and needs handling. Afterwards, data that is no longer needed should be deleted, except records required for legal duties or establishing, exercising or defending claims for the applicable period. Applications are not intended for an indefinite talent pool. Protection counters use short windows; counters older than two days are cleared when new submissions are processed. You may request deletion or withdraw consent.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Write to legal@everyond.com with your request and the email or reference used. Proportionate additional information will only be requested where needed to verify identity. Under the GDPR, requests are normally answered within one month; any legally permitted extension will be explained. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the AEPD where appropriate.
Decisions, children and third-party data
These forms do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similar effects, or subscribe you to marketing. The site is intended for business and professional relationships, not children. Only share information you may lawfully provide; avoid sensitive data, trade secrets and unnecessary information about others.
Updates
The date identifies the current version. Material changes to processing purposes or conditions will be communicated appropriately, and fresh consent requested where necessary.
